Our contact and trip planning forms ask for your name, email and telephone number. We also receive any travel dates, islands, group size, activities and messages you choose to provide. Please do not include passport details, payment card information or sensitive personal information in these forms.
How we use your information
We use your details to respond to enquiries, prepare proposed itineraries and organise the services you request. Form requests are saved in our website's hosted storage through Lovable Cloud, together with the request source and the page where the request was made. Handling an enquiry you initiate may constitute steps taken at your request before a contract, where that legal basis applies.
WhatsApp requests
Submitting a form opens WhatsApp with your details in a prepared message. You decide whether to send it in WhatsApp. When you click a WhatsApp link, our website also saves the prepared message and the page where you clicked. A simple WhatsApp link does not ask you for your name, email or telephone number. Messages sent in WhatsApp are handled under WhatsApp's own privacy policy.
Other services
Our hosting and storage providers process information needed to operate the website. Google Fonts receives technical connection information when fonts load. Instagram and WhatsApp links take you to external services with their own privacy policies. These services may process information outside your country under their applicable terms and safeguards.
Browser storage
